Where do I start ? so many things to thank you for , the first being so prompt at returning my email enquiry in regards to the first of the 2 cars that I have purchased from Bill Dando's . I am still waiting to hear back from another dealership and that was over 2 years ago .

My second positive encounter with your dealership was the respectful way you deal with women buyers ( something that is overlooked alot of times & not taken seriously ) my partner left it up to me both times to do all the things needing to be done in regards to finding & buying the cars & Rod understood and respected our way of doing this right down to letting me take the car to where my partner was and showing him on my own , certainly helps take a lot of the pressure off buying the vehicle thanks again Rod .

My third & very much again appreciated encounter is dealing with the after care of my vehicle ranging from services , detailing and anything involved with the running of the car . I can't thank Shaun & his team at the workshop in Lee st enough for once again the respectful way they deal with women bringing in cars for any work needing doing , they try their best to explain to me what needs doing and why they need to do it ( another thing us women appreciate instead of just thinking she's a woman we can tell her anything ) .

I thank Sue & all the wonderful staff involved in the administrative side of things at Dando's for your kind & friendly way of dealing with customers also, thankyou ladies .

I have been more than happy with both the vehicles I have purchased from Dando's & certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Bill Dando's to anyone wanting a top quality vehicle . My only problem regarding Bill Dando Finer Cars is they keep putting awesome looking cars on display on the lot & it's very hard not to look when driving past so who knows I may once again find myself on the lot at Dando's :)

I am writing to recommend Bill Dando Finer cars. I purchased in September 2009 a 2006 Subaru Forester XT , with the help of salesman Rod Thornberry. I was very impressed with the sale of this vehicle. All of the negotiations were done over the phone and email, with about 10 quality pictures sent to me at my request. Even the price for my trade in was negotiated over the phone and email.

On arrival at Bill Dando cars, I was greeted by Bill Dando himself and Rod Thronberry, who had come to the yard on his day off to finish the sale. The change over went vey smoothly and the car I purchased was gleaming. A 100 point inspection had been carried out before the sale and a full service. I was confident that I had purchased a quality car from people genuinely interested in providing quality cars and quality service. I found Rod very helpful and his professionalism exceptional.

Just a quick note to again say thanks for a very pleasing buying experience. The GTP That Cathy and I have now tucked away in the garage is fantastic, no doubt, but the time spent dealing with Rod in the yard and then with the girls to get it all done was what we are telling everybody about. Its has been a while since we have bought out of a yard, but dealing with the easy going staff and "no push" attitude will guarantee we will return.

We still haven't pushed the car out past 90,000ks and through a local here with a XY GT we have be nominated for the GT club in NSW. Cathy and i have talked about how we treat this new machine and i'd love to keep it as a low k's, well presented GT but it just so good to drive! and it wants to be driven so it's hard to let it sit.

Dear Rod & Bill,

Having just purchased a 2007 Pajero from you, my wife and I would like to thank you for the professional way at which you carried out the sale.

I initially checked on the net for the vehicle we were looking for. Your response was quick, unlike some other dealers that have still not made contact with me. After this initial contact and discussions with regard to trade in, we arranged to travel the 5 hours to Bathurst to inspect the vehicle. Upon arrival the unit was ready for our inspection. After a detailed explanation and operational procedures, we had a test drive on our own around the surrounding country roads.

Returning to the yard we had decided on purchasing the vehicle. With agreement on price and change over date we sealed the deal. The exchange of vehicles was to be at Wollongong, a 2 hour trip for us instead of the 5 hours. The change over all went according to plan with further explanation of the Pajero’s operation.

Today, the day after taking delivery, a courtesy phone call was received, just to make sure we were happy with our new purchase.

We are entirely satisfied with the way at which the sale took place and would recommend Bill Dando Finer Cars to anyone who is after a good used vehicle.

Allow me to express my sincere gratitude for the friendly, courteous and professional manner in which the purchase of my daughter’s vehicle was conducted.

I spent several weeks searching the internet and car yards / dealerships looking for a particular replacement vehicle with the specifications and budget considerations desired by my daughter.
